tasks and responsibilities-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our tractor sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales management, a strong understanding of the agricultural machinery market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Sales Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet market requirements
• Increase Physical & Digital Coverage of Dealership
• Lead Generation & Closing high ticket value deal
Qualifications and Requirements: -
• Any Bachelor's degree or degree in Business, Marketing,
• Years of experience in sales management within the tractor or agricultural machinery industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem
• Solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel everyday into the field
• Personal Vehicle to travel in the field
• Driving License
