We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calls, and networking.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present products or services to clients, address their needs, and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records of activities, sales, and client interactions.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
