Job Title: FMCG Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated FMCG Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships with retail outlets in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting products, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated region.

Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base.

Conduct regular visits to existing and new retail clients.

Maintain stock levels, monitor competitor activity, and provide market feedback.

Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.

Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer issues.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in FMCG or similar industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
