Objective -To act as a real estate agent to the prospect and help them make the buying decisions for residential or commercialproperty. You will be on the front end calling the customers, understanding their finances and offering the best solutionsfrom the available resources. You will be playing an important role in contributing towards the company's revenue.Responsibilities - Own the sales process: inbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification. Handle Clients queries and their requirements of real estate property Sell real estate Commercial and residential properties to Clients . Show client different available option of properties Build Relationships with clients. Go for meetings/site tours/inspections with clients Database management related to Clients and Properties. Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status. Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self. Close prospective clients and ensure collectionsInterpersonal/Trade Skills Required -Communication, Sales, Persuasion, Negotiation, CollaborationTechnical Skills Required -Having an experience is using CRM.Good understanding on using Excel sheet.Other Requirements -Qualification - Should be a graduateYears of experience - minimum 1 plus years in real estate sales (not presales).Commercial real estate sales experience preferred.Salary bracket - up to 30K to the deserving candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per monthShift:
