Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Sales:

- Sell new and used vehicles to customers.

- Understand and analyze customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles.

2. Customer Interaction:

- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.

- Negotiate prices and terms of sales with customers.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

3. Sales Targets:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated with the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications:

- 0-6 months of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
