Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Onsite at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Roles and Responsibilities:Engage with prospects and customers to sell the company's range of telecommunications solutions and products. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product sales and expand market presence. Identify potential clients through market research and demonstrate product offerings, highlighting key features and benefits. Maintain and build on existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product solutions tailored to customer needs. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative sales campaigns and promotions. Track and report on sales performance and customer engagement using SAP for Telecommunications (IST) systems. Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sales within the telecommunications industry or related field. Strong proficiency in SAP for Telecommunications (IST) for tracking and managing sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and offer effective solutions. Fluency in English required, additional local languages (e.g., Kannada) would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:Drive the sales process from prospecting through closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets. Utilize customer feedback to improve product offerings and tailor communication strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to present results to senior management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Create detailed proposals and presentations tailored to customer specifications and requests. Assist in the development and execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns. * Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic sales insights.
