We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Car Sales Executive

to join our dynamic automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features. Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and financing options. Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automobile market, including competitor models and industry trends. Process all required paperwork, including financing applications and vehicle registrations. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Attend training programs and stay informed about new car models, promotions, and dealership policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Sales Executive

in the automobile industry (preferred but not mandatory). Strong knowledge of different car models, features, and specifications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable vehicle options. Persuasive negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach. Basic knowledge of financing and leasing options. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
