Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Sales/Client Handling Executive to join our team at I Cap Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have a background in finance, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively pitch our financial products to clients. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to execute client engagement strategies and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote financial products and services such as mutual funds, equities, SIPs, and other investment options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing reports, managing client portfolios, and executing financial strategies. Keep up-to-date with financial markets, products, and industry trends to effectively pitch services to clients. Collaborate with the sales and finance team to achieve individual and team targets. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Strong understanding of basic financial concepts and products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and client handling. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Freshers are welcome, but internships or projects in finance or sales will be an added advantage.
