Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Being the organisation's primary point of contact, acting as the face of the organisation for all external communications and client relations.

? Maintain professional conduct and ensure an organised and efficient front desk environment.

? Oversee operations at the counter, ensuring a seamless guest experience by supervising the booking and ticketing processes. Basic knowledge of accounting is mandatory.

? Handle daily phone calls and emails related to school visits, special events, summer workshops, Prani On-Wheels, Hello Class and new projects.

? Plan and coordinate day visits for schools, fostering strong relationships with educational institutions as their outdoor learning partners. After each visit, gather and submit feedback from schools to assess the experience and improve future visits.

? Should engage with corporates for day trips.

? Coordinate with the Lead Facilitator, Curator, and Kitchen teams for school visits.

? Maintain and update the calendar with accurate information on school bookings, special events and public holidays.

? Drive marketing efforts by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and achieving defined targets. Should be able to upsell and cross sell with a target for Prani merchandise and other programs.

? Prepare and present sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis to track performance.
