Presentations & Demonstrations:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, explaining the benefits of drone technology in their field.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and build long-term relationships.
CRM & Reporting:
Update CRM software with lead status, interactions, and follow-up actions. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Market Outreach & Networking:
Identify and develop new customer segments, attend industry events, and network with potential buyers.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers and execution of sales strategies.
Startup Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring targets are met.
Requirements:
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (essential for interacting with diverse customer groups).
Strong sales and persuasion skills, particularly in rural markets.
Confidence in handling direct customer interactions and explaining technical concepts simply.
Prior experience in sales (preferably in agriculture, technology, or training services) is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the demands of a growing business.
