Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at a luxury retail brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products, exceptional sales skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and upholding the brand's image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Provide personalized service by understanding customer needs and offering expert product advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Sales Performance:
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging customers and promoting products.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and brand heritage.
• Merchandising and Store Presentation:
• Ensure that the store is impeccably presented, with displays that reflect the luxury brand's standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock counts.
• Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Manage client databases and follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records and track sales performance.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
• Share product knowledge and sales techniques with colleagues to foster a learning environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and other required documentation to the store manager.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings and store strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
• Certification or diploma in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages spoken by the target clientele.

Working Conditions:

• This role requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
• The position may involve occasional travel for training or brand-related events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
