Position Overview: Netsoft Microsystems Group of EBSL is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our IT division. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and helping to promote our IT solutions and services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in IT sales, where you will receive training and mentorship to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Client Acquisition: Identify and approach new clients for IT products and services, with a focus on generating leads and driving sales.
o Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our IT products, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
o Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations to demonstrate how our IT solutions can meet the specific needs of clients.
o Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to recommend solutions effectively.
o Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
o Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, provide regular reports, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Qualifications and Required Skills: o Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields)
o Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
o Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and work in a team oriented environment.
o Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
o Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of IT solutions and services; ability to learn quickly about technical products.
o Freshers Welcome: No prior sales experience required; however, a keen interest in sales and the IT industry is essential.
Preferred Skills: o Knowledge of the IT industry and its products.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, Mail Communication.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
