Role & responsibility:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our IT and Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technology and digital marketing solutions, coupled with excellent sales and business development skills. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and working closely with our technical and marketing teams to deliver the best solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact to deal closure using CRM tools.
• Client Meetings & Presentations: Present and pitch IT and marketing solutions to prospective clients, understanding their specific challenges and offering tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the IT and digital marketing industries.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Visits: Travel to various locations to meet with clients, understand their needs, and present our services. Regular travel will be required to build and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with prospective clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.
Skills:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT services or digital marketing.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT solutions and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media).
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and marketing concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Client Management: Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation to ensure long-term client partnerships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Market).
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
Knowledge of social media marketing and content management.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
