Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Present and promote products/services to potential clients, providing comprehensive product information.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final sale.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Provide clients with information about legal guidelines, prices, specifications, and property availability (for real estate).
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
