Thorsignia, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients by actively reaching out to potential customers through various channels.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and increase client retention.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of Thorsignia's range of services, including digital marketing, branding, SEO, and web development, to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
• Proposal Creation: Prepare customised proposals, presentations, and pricing estimates to suit client needs.
• Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track sales progress, create reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement of the sales process.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and IT services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
