We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 6-12 months of experience in telecalling and customer outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
• Maintain a database of potential clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and meet goals
Requirements:
• 6-12 months of experience in telecalling or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
