Job Title: Sales Executive( tellecaller)

Responsibilities:
• On-Site Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist customers who visit the site, providing them with information about our properties.
• Conduct site tours to showcase the features and benefits of the properties.
• Follow-Up Calls:
• Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our properties to provide additional information and answer queries.
• Maintain a proactive approach in following up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Weekly Reporting:
• Provide weekly updates on site visits, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to analyze and strategize based on the market feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Working Hours:
• The position requires attendance at the Varthur site on Saturday & Sunday.
• The employee will have one weekday off, preferably on Tuesdays.
• A Travel Allowances will be provided.
• Must have a two-wheeler.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
