Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Legit Farms. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the FMCG industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively selling Legit Farms products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and increase sales volume in the assigned territory.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Legit Farms' product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring regular contact, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and market research to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• A valid driver's license.
