Assist in sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Support in building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Learn and understand the features, benefits, and applications of the products being offered.
Support in implementing sales strategies and tactics under the guidance of senior sales personnel.
Assist in engaging with clients, including corporates, government institutions, and educational institutions, to identify opportunities and address their needs.
Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations at client locations.
Assist in compiling and preparing reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration and MBA, Sales, Marketing, or related field. BE qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales management, key account management, and business development, preferably in the audiovisual industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Willingness to travel within the allocated region as required.
