Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, social media, and attending networking events.
• Work closely with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Provide support and advice to clients regarding market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Prepare and present business proposals to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property values.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Real estate license required.
