: Required Sales executive: Job responsibilities are as follows: Store opening, being present at 10:00 am am at the store to help with the store-opening process, stock counting of the allocated counter at the opening. Helping customers at the dedicated counter through-out the day with their need and provide the appropriate product or service-based solutions. Fluency in operating electronic devices to showcase digital copy of products to the customers and meeting customer needs by physically displaying products over the counter. Responsible for providing quotation of the product to the customers, and collecting payment via cash, card, loyalty program card, jewellery booking plan, cheque, old gold/silver etc Managing customer experience from greeting the customer to product delivery after payment and billing. Explaining loyalty program and Advance jewellery booking plan to customers attended through-out the day. Providing complete knowledge about unique services such as EMI, Insurance, Free astrologer etc. available at the store to customers attended through-out the day. Ensuring customer satisfaction with regards to the product based solution provided and recording feedback of all the customers attended through-out the day. Providing all the transactional details with regards to pricing, payment to the billing counter. Valuation of Old-Gold and silver received from the customer as payment by company standard process and to take senior sales executive advice in case of any doubt. Maintaining cleanliness of product display and trays daily and stock-keeping packaging materials at the dedicated counter. Store closing formalities at 8.30 pm and handing over the daily stock sheet at the end of the day to floor manager. Required work experience or skills: In accordance with the job responsibilities, required experience or skills are as following: Experience: The candidate should have 1 year experience of working in the retail sector of any industry to ensure customer communication fluency without hesitation. Grooming: The candidate is required to have professional grooming etiquettes in accordance with show room policy. Product knowledge: The candidate is required to have product knowledge of ornaments sold in the store such as chain, necklace, bangles, rings, bracelets and various designs available in them such as meenakari, antique, jadtar, CNC, Veni, casting, hand-made, machine-made. Similarly all the articles in silver such as Payal, temple worshipping articles such as divi, dhupiya, thali, vatki, ghanti, murti etc. Process Knowledge: The candidate is required to have process knowledge of sales beginning with the customer to recording feedback. Customer Handling: The candidate is required to have customer handling experience in past to understand the need of the customer and help him/her accordingly. The candidate should also have knowledge of jewellery booking plans, loyalty programs and gift cards given to customers in Jewellery stores. Arithmetical Knowledge: The candidate is required to be well equipped with basic arithmetical skills for stock keeping, providing quotations and collecting payments from customers. Conversation builder: The candidate is required to be conversation builder to effortlessly collect the feedback of the experience at the showroom from the customer. Team player: Over and above all, should be a team player such that he/she can coordinate with other team members like an accountant, order manager, purchase manager to get the correct guidance about the process.
