Job Description

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Proactively approach customers to promote parts and accessories.
• Assist customers in identifying their specific parts requirements.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's parts and accessories catalogue.
• Stay updated on product features, specifications, and applications.
• Educate customers on the benefits and usage of various parts and accessories.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers when necessary.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses to track performance against targets.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the parts sales market.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Earth moving Equipment (like JCB) or parts industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certification or training in sales and customer service is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Parts Sales Executives typically work in retail or dealership environments.
• Field Work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
