The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales / Reservations of Reputed hotels.
-Roles and Responsibilities:
Should be confident while dealing with guests. Ability to assess needs and assist guests.
Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
A strong understanding of accommodation management, rooms check-in, checkout, billing, payments handling, grievance handling, telephone and email operations.

Possess dynamic leadership qualities and is self motivated.
To contribute to growth and development of the property.
Should be aware of Latest Industry practices.
Strong strategic thinking, creative and outgoing.
