: Sales Executive (Field Marketing & B2B)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on field marketing and B2B sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or B2B environments (2-4 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing:
• Develop and implement field marketing strategies to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
• Conduct on-ground promotional activities, including product demonstrations and events.
• Collect and analyze market data to understand customer needs and trends.
B2B Sales:
• Identify potential business clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
