• Identify and target potential clients in need of IT staffing and software development services.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT staffing and software development solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
