Job Title: Sales Executive - Website Development & Digital Marketing
Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our website development and digital marketing services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will help effectively convey the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for website development and digital marketing services through cold calls, emails, networking, and research.
• Client Consultations: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their digital marketing goals and website development requirements.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our services and the results they can expect.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed sales proposals and quotes, ensuring clear communication of the scope of work, timelines, and costs involved.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with a focus on achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and upsell additional services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (designers, developers, and marketers) to ensure client requirements are fully understood and implemented effectively.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, adapting sales strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in website development, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and website design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering value-driven presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
