To supervise and contribute in the functions of Sales within the Sales Department, ensuring that various activities of the hotel are properly and accurately recorded in accordance with Accor\xe2\x80\x99s Policies & Procedures and local regulations.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and going on sales calls.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Your experience and skills include:
Degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Sales.
2 to 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 of work experience.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
Pleasant personality & grooming.
Comfortable taking ownership of projects.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
