We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products/services. You will be required to meet sales goals, develop new business opportunities, and create long-term relationships with customers.

The first three months are a probation period during which you will not be paid. After the probation period, you will be eligible for a paid salary.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to exchange information, coordinate sales efforts, and optimize results.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products/services.
Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in [industry/niche].
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
