• Understand the product: Work with developers to gain in-depth knowledge of the product or service.
• Research the industry: Research competitors and new markets.
• Identify customer needs: Understand the client's technical and business requirements.
• Propose and design solutions to meet customer needs.
• Present the value of the product to clients, and support the sales team in presenting proposals.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
• Build relationships: Build relationships with customers and proactively seek new sales opportunities
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP

• The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments.
