We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager / Executive at Smart Home Concepts, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on our range of products and solutions.
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the home automation, home security, interior design, or home theater industries.
Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi or any other regional languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
