We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the home automation, home security, interior design, and home theater industries. As a Sales Manager / Executive at Smart Home Concepts, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on our range of products and solutions.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Any Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the home automation, home security, interior design, or home theater industries.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi or any other regional languages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
