: Sales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities (Key Result Areas - KRA):
• Client Outreach:
• Make phone calls to potential and existing clients to promote services and generate leads.
• CRM Management:
• Update all details of client interactions and call outcomes into the CRM software accurately and promptly.
• Performance Reviews:
• Attend scheduled reviews with seniors and present detailed and organized reports on sales activities.
• Customer Follow-ups:
• Follow up with clients to ensure progress on sales closures and maintain strong client relationships.
• Business Goals:
• Work towards achieving realistic sales targets and contributing to the firm's business growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Secure at least one closure worth ?30 lakhs within two months .
• CRM Accuracy:
• Maintain an updated CRM system to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the interior and construction industry .
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in Marathi , Hindi , and English .
• Personal Vehicle:
• Candidate must possess a personal vehicle for client visits and site tours.
Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with negotiation abilities.
