Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, converting prospects, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets for various insurance products. This role requires excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

Consultative Selling:

Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Product Promotion:

Promote life, health, vehicle, or general insurance products based on the company's portfolio.

Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and long-term business.

Client Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process, ensure all documentation is completed accurately, and explain policy details.

Achieve Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and business objectives set by management.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.

Customer Service:

Provide post-sales support, handle customer queries, and process claims efficiently.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (preferred).

Licensing:

Possession of relevant insurance licenses (e.g., life and health insurance license) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven sales and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Knowledge of insurance products and services. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
