Job Description
• Drive sales of insurance products through direct sales and relationship building.
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the internal team for smooth policy processing and issue resolution.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
