We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our FASTag and insurance products.
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling FASTag and insurance products to potential customers. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales targets for FASTag and insurance products.
• Identify potential customers, including individual vehicle owners, fleet operators, and businesses.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the benefits of FASTag and insurance plans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to any issues related to FASTag and insurance products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote FASTag and insurance products.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance product offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in Tamil and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in selling electronic toll collection systems, insurance products, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry in Tamil Nadu.
• Understanding of digital payment systems and technologies.
