Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell solar or technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical consultations to understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or technical industry.
• Strong understanding of solar products or technical solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
