Job Description

Inbound Calls

: Handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues.

Sales

: Achieve sales targets set by the company through effective communication and persuasion.

Record Keeping

: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, feedback, complaints, and leads.

Follow-up

: Follow up with customers on pending queries, sales, or feedback.

Product Knowledge

: Stay updated on product features, prices, and promotions to inform customers effectively.

Basic Computer Skills

: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Negotiation Skills

: Persuasive and confident in negotiations.

Patience & Persistence

: Dealing with customers requires persistence and patience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
