Job Description

Join our dynamic team at V Wholesale as a Sales Executive/Department Manager. We are seeking experienced professionals who have a proven track record as Sales Executive in Paints department.

Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products within assigned categories.
• Market and Product Analysis: Conduct thorough market and product analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Competition Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitors, analyzing their strategies and ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
• Consumer Requirement Understanding: Understand consumer preferences and requirements to tailor product offerings accordingly.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Procure products from brands and vendors, fostering strong relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Assortment Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive assortment plan considering seasonal trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
• Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with pricing teams to establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and product life cycles for optimal stock levels.
• New Product Introductions: Stay abreast of industry innovations to recommend and introduce new products aligning with market demands.
• Supplier Negotiations: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, payment, and delivery terms.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions and track the success of implemented strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in strategies and objectives.
• Promotional Planning: Develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure products meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Customer Feedback Integration: Proactively gather and integrate customer feedback into product selection and improvement processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure products comply with legal requirements and standards.
• Training and Development: Provide training on product knowledge, market trends, and selling strategies to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
• Forecasting and Planning: Develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall business planning process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Vijayawada.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
