Summary: -
A Sales Coordinator is needed for this full-time, on-site position. Daily sales operations for our properties, such as customer service, communication, and sales coordination, will fall within the purview of the sales Coordinator. The sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales team and have their base in Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibility: -
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Responsible for Room Sales through backend process.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Qualification: -
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management or Minimum 1 year's work experience in hotel sales.
Requirement: -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Note: -
