Join our dynamic dropshipping business as a Sales Executive. Drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

•Positions & Salaries:•

- •Sales Executive:• ?25,000/month with a target of ?2,00,000.

- •Senior Sales Executive:• ?40,000/month with a target of ?3,50,000.

- •Sales Manager:• ?60,000/month with a target of ?5,00,000.

•Incentives:•

- 20% bonus for sales above ?5,00,000.

- 10% bonus for sales below ?2,00,000.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- •Client Management:• Build and maintain relationships, upsell/cross-sell products, and provide excellent customer service.

- •New Business Development:• Identify potential clients, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing for promotions.

- •Sales Strategy & Execution:• Analyze market trends, optimize sales tactics, and monitor performance metrics.

•Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven sales experience, ideally in e-commerce or dropshipping.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of excel.
