Otherwise your application will be immediately rejected.Candidate must have experience of 1-3 years in Containerized Freight Forwarding companies / Shipping Lines in sales/marketing . Must have good relationship with Carriers like MSC, Hapag, Maersk, CMA, Evergreen etc., There must be strong relationships with the importers/exporters as well.Key Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2024
- Drive sales of freight forwarding and other shipping services to meet and exceed targets.
- Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new connections with key players in the local and regional market, including importers and exporters.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients based on their shipping and logistics needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Work collaboratively with the operations and customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically within the freight forwarding and shipping line sectors.
- Established network and strong relationships with market players, including importers and exporters.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
