Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDM Experience: 3 to 5 Years Area of Operation: Sales and Marketing Preferred Industry: Ice-Cream / Beverage / Frozen Food / FMCG Location: Anywhere - PAN India



### Role & Responsibilities:



• Achieve monthly targets for the distributors in the area
• Keep a check on the service efficiency of the distributor to the stockist- regarding claim settlement, damage, replacement etc
• Appointment of stockist
• Deliver sales target by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level
• Ensure quality of acquisition through the distribution channel
• Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
• Finding new retail partners for product sales
• Coordinating with distributor for retail sales & deep freezer issues
• Preparation throughput report & damages claims of retailers & distributor
• To achieve primary and secondary sales target
• Maintaining close rapport with the distributors / whole sellers /major A Class outlet to ensure continuous business growth
• Launch of new products in the market
• Billing Plan to be sent on monthly basis
• Reporting Stockist target
• Physical Stock verification at distributor
• Verification of stockist bills
