We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Shri Durga Developers. The role involves selling residential and commercial properties, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
• Meet potential clients and present property options.
• Conduct site visits and explain project features.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Maintain sales records and reports.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the Hubli real estate market is a plus.
