Job Description

We are seeking a 1+ years of motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Attend industry events, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as needed.
