As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our product offerings. You will be responsible for identifying new businessopportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to maximize revenue and market share. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth
and achieve sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor
activities, and potential areas for expansion.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through
various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring
timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding
their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with industry
stakeholders, resellers, and technology partners to drive mutual growth and market
penetration.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product
demonstrations to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our SaaS
solutions.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, ensuring
alignment with company objectives and policies.
Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities,
pipeline status, and market trends to management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing,
product development, and customer success to drive coordinated efforts and ensure
customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in SaaS sales and business development, with a minimum of
3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex
concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
Experience in negotiating and closing complex sales deals.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing
priorities.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
