Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, conducting site showings, and ensuring successful property transactions. You will play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

• Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive activities.
• Provide clients with data-driven insights to aid their decision-making.

Administrative Tasks:

• Prepare and manage sales agreements, documentation, and reports.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to facilitate property transactions.

Customer Experience:

• Deliver a high-quality, personalized client experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of the buying, selling, or renting process.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal and documentation processes involved in the real estate transactions in Delhi NCR

Attributes:

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
• Own a personal vehicle for travel within Delhi NCR (mandatory)
