Job Title: Business Development - New Client Acquisition (Asset Management Software)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

2. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
• Showcase the value and benefits of our Asset Management Software effectively.

3. Client Acquisition:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Develop and deliver customized proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas for new client acquisition.

4. Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture relationships with new clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.

6. Sales Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market trends.

7. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology or MBA
• Proven experience (2-5yrs) in SaaS Based Software sales or a similar role with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS Based Software industry, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for sales.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
