Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling and engaging filtered leads, pitching our services, aligning meetings, and driving closures. The Sales Executive will also be tasked with following up with clients to ensure successful conversions and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Calling: Call and engage with filtered leads provided by the marketing team. Qualify leads and assess potential for sales conversion. Effectively introduce and pitch our services to prospects.
Sales Pitch & Presentation: Tailor and present the company's offerings to meet the needs of the potential client. Address client queries, objections, and provide compelling reasons to move forward with our services.
Meeting Coordination: Align meetings with potential clients to further discuss requirements, demonstrate services, and address specific concerns. Coordinate scheduling of meetings and follow-up calls.
Client Follow-ups: Continuously follow up with leads and prospects to keep them engaged through the sales cycle. Provide timely reminders and updates to clients about meetings, proposals, and offers.
Closures & Conversions: Drive the sales process through negotiations and closure of deals. Ensure conversion of leads to clients by actively following up on pending deals and addressing client needs.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Maximum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively pitch and present services to clients.
• Excellent phone etiquette and confidence in handling client objections.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
