The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.

Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and campaigns.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any stream or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

Strong knowledge of IT products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
