Job Responsibilities
Leads Update: Upload leads to CRM on time, follow up on no-response leads, and collect feedback on closed leads.Higher Conversions: Convert leads/prospects into bookings for stays at Villas.Maximize Revenue: Upsell higher-value nights and additional services/experiences.Follow-Ups: Ensure no misses in follow-ups and adhere to the lead conversion process.Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain positive relationships with clients.Market Research: Identify potential clients and gather insights into customer preferences, competitors, and industry trends to improve sales strategies.Job Requirements
Education Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate.Experience: 1-3 years in sales or a related role.Age: 22-26 years.Candidate Preferences: Open to all genders.Knowledge, Skills / Competencies Desired:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Target-driven and results-oriented.Proficiency in CRM systems.Basic market research and analysis skills.Work Timings : Regular working hours with flexibility as needed.Salary : 25,000 per month (Gross Annual: xe2x82xb93,00,000). and + Additional incentives based on target achievement.Location : Anjuna , Goa
