\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Affordable Housing Finance or related fields such as Home Finance or NBFC.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of DST (Direct Sale Transaction), HL (Housing Loan), Housing Finance concepts
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of loan documentation process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and
expanding customer relationships.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain a strong understanding of affordable housing products, including DST
(Direct Sale Transaction) offerings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth through effective communication and
coordination.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
\xef\x82\xb7 Need to Source New Business of Home Loan, LAP & Mortgage through Builders, Contractors And
